This photo was taken in March 2025, heavily inspired by the artwork of Burzum's "Back To The Shadows." It's personally one of my favorite shots due to the hauntingly perfect lighting—the warm, fading glow of the setting sun casting long shadows across the scene—and how everything aligned flawlessly. The atmosphere feels raw and untouched, like a moment captured at the edge of dusk in a forgotten forest.
One of my more "official" photos, not tied to any specific project. It was captured in early March when the first hints of warmth started creeping into the air after a long winter. I like its simplicity—there's no heavy editing or dramatic effects, just a clean shot that feels authentic. The natural light and subtle details, like the soft breeze rustling nearby, make it oddly comforting to me.
This one was taken in my room, a chaotic little sanctuary of mine. In the background, you can spot my favorite drink, Cola Original, sitting on the desk amidst cables and scattered papers. I snapped this while recording vocals for a demo of my second project—well, more like a band—Morithum. The energy of that session bleeds into the photo; it’s messy, raw, and full of purpose, with the faint echo of screamed lyrics still lingering in the air.
Easily one of my top favorite photos, shot on a clearing near some swamps. The air was thick with mist that day, and the ground felt alive underfoot. What stands out most is the corpsepaint—done properly this time, with sharp lines and deep contrasts that catch the eye. It’s a stark, eerie image that feels like it belongs in a tale of old rituals lost to time, framed by the distant croak of frogs and the damp chill of the bog.
I’m not entirely sure what to say about this one. It was taken in January 2025, and honestly, it could’ve ended up in the archives instead of here. Still, I decided it deserves a spot—it has this strange, unpolished charm. The cold light of winter seeps into every corner, and there’s a quiet unease about it that I can’t quite shake off. It’s raw and imperfect, like a fleeting memory caught in the frost, and that’s why it stayed.
A rare photo without any corpsepaint, showing my face as it is—no masks, no shadows, just me. It was taken in December 2024, during a calm moment before the year turned. The lighting is soft, almost warm, and there’s a stillness to it that contrasts with the usual chaos of my work. It’s a glimpse of the person behind the art, unfiltered and plain, with the faint sound of winter wind tapping against the window in the background.
My third favorite photo, captured during a session for Morithum. The setting was intense—harsh lights cutting through the darkness, a faint hum of equipment in the air, and the weight of creativity pressing down. This shot embodies that energy perfectly; it’s gritty, focused, and alive. Every detail, from the texture of my clothes to the faint blur in the background where the microphone stand stood, tells a story of that day—a moment of pure, unbridled expression.
